SHORT FILM COMPETITION

Agartala International Film Festival Short Film Contest Term's & Conditions:

a.) The film submitted should be an original one and participant’s own creation.

b.) Participants will have to submit their films with English subtitles on DVD to the G3 Entertainment Office by 30th May 2019.

c.) Short films should bear a disclaimer regarding the scenarios used, persons portrayed and institutions.

d.) No specific organisation or person should be targeted. For example, use of official uniforms must be avoided.

e.)Participants must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy, or any other propriety rights of a person or entity.

f.)Films submitted must not feature or depict any specific commercial products, processes, services or political views.

g.)No foul language and adverse comments to any institution/person will be allowed. Defamatory assumptions, innuendos, insinuations, vulgarity will be penalized by the jury panel.

h.)By participating in the competition, each participant consents to his/her name and work, be used in whole or in part, by the G3 Entertainment (Organizer).

i.)Participants cannot claim any form of remuneration if the G3 Entertainment (Organizer) uses the work in its educational or media campaign.

j.)Failure to adhere to the rules and regulations of the competition will result in disqualification.

k.)The jury panel reserves the right to classify the participants in relation to categories.

l.)The decision of the jury panel will be final and binding and is not subject to appeal.

m.)The G3 Entertainment reserves the right not to proceed with the competition.
